It depends on the season and what needs doing \u2014 it&#8217;s real, meaningful work, not a tick-box exercise.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll be working alongside us, not just doing the boring jobs. We share what we know, and we learn from you too. People who want to learn about growing, get outside, have something grounding to do, or just be useful.
